2012 School of Church Planting
June 18-21, 2012 in Mesa, AZ
Church planting is an inherent part of our Lord’s mandate to make disciples and teach people to practice all that Christ commanded. Baptist Mid-Missions has been carrying out this commission not only in the “uttermost part of the earth,” but also in our “Jerusalem, Judea, and Samaria.” In North America, over 90 churches have been established through our department of “Church Planting and Development.” Looking toward the future, population increases and spiritual decline demand that we increase our church starting efforts.
The School of Church Planting is a part of our ongoing endeavor to equip a new generation of skilled church planters to face the new opportunities and challenges of the 21st century. Typically participants include missionaries (both home and foreign), pastors, local church leaders, seminarians, and collegians. Veteran planters as well as those prayerfully considering church planting as a future ministry have attended, and through the years hundreds have testified how the school has impacted their ministries.
Whatever the people group or geographic location God has laid on your heart, we can help you prepare to fulfill Christ’s command “with His passion, and for His glory.”
